Welcome to Vaucluse House, an impressive new build crafted for a valued, repeat client. This exceptional modernist home features four spacious bedrooms, a large pool with an outdoor area, a dedicated study with a cellar, a Pilates studio, and a living room that offers stunning Harbour views.

To ensure the project's efficiency, we initiated an early works contract. This approach allowed us to begin ground works while concurrently finalising pricing for the main stage of the project.

We took extensive measures to maintain quality and consistency throughout the construction process. The entire building was scaffolded and wrapped to protect against weather delays, creating a controlled environment that facilitated precise craftsmanship. By pouring floors and walls together, we eliminated cold joints, enhancing both performance and visual appeal. Our team delivered the off-form concrete to the highest standard, with tradesmen achieving joinery-level precision for each sheet of plywood. Every tie cone and plywood sheet was meticulously planned in consultation with the architect.

One of the standout features of Vaucluse House is the skylight in the staircase void. Initially designed with a join, we collaborated with our subcontractor to engineer a solution that allowed for the installation of a single, seamless piece of glass, pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
