Located on level 9, this high rise apartment was stripped back to the concrete base shell for a complete refurbishment.

The lift was not available for our use throughout the project, and so the balcony was the main point of access for most materials.  This was condensed into just three crane lifts which required a huge amount of coordination.

The end result was an outstanding project which is still contemporary today.
