MACQUARIE ST
APARTMENT
Macquarie St Apartment involved the complete strip-out and reconfiguration of a prestigious Sub-Penthouse in the heart of the CBD. The transformation created a bespoke residence defined by refined spatial planning, premium materials, and a cohesive, contemporary aesthetic.

Significant planning and structural adjustments—including ceiling height modifications and wall repositioning—were required to accommodate the new layout. Services were reconfigured to suit the updated design, with acoustic performance prioritised.

To display the client’s extensive art collection, ceiling-mounted art track systems were installed, and walls were finished to Level 5 to mitigate glancing morning light. Throughout the apartment, custom joinery, precision metalwork, and a curated selection of leather, fabrics, and glass were seamlessly integrated.

Bathrooms were upgraded with honed stone finishes, new vanities, mirrors, and frameless shower screens, enhancing both visual appeal and functionality. Careful coordination with building residents ensured minimal disruption during the build.

The result is a highly tailored urban sanctuary that reflects the client’s vision and elevates the standard of inner-city living.
