Little Bay House is a true testament to where excellence in architecture meets with excellence in construction.  

The house is set on a difficult site that has required extensive ground works.  The build is a four level home with a swimming pool at the bottom of the site, with high end finishes throughout.

Beyond the complexities of the ground works, the architectural detailing and engineering on this project were highly technical.  There was no tolerance in terms of setouts to gridlines which related to concrete beams in ground to finished face of joinery, ceilings, tiles, windows and the like.

The end result is an award winning, spectacular home.
