BELLEVUE HILL

HOUSE

Set over four levels, Bellevue Hill House involved a major renovation of a prestigious property with sweeping views of Sydney Harbour.

The attic space was converted to create a new master retreat, comprised of a dressing room, ensuite, study and balcony capturing the Harbour views.

The entry level was also fully renovated with a new kitchen, living room and dining room leading out on to an expansive balcony.  Timber lined ceilings were lime washed to warm up the space and add texture to the large ceiling area.  The connecting timber stair is a sculptural element with concealed lighting throughout, creating warmth.

This project was a masterful demonstration of improving an existing floor plate in order to create more space.
